Manage your Fedex delivery

A couple of our suppliers who ship items direct to our customers use Fedex UK for deliveries. Unfortunately, tracking information is not as sophisticated as UK Mail or DPD, and just shows if the parcel is out for delivery, but nevertheless if you are not going to be at home, or miss a delivery attempt, you can easily rearrange your delivery for a more suitable date, or alternatively elect to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a safe place, or at a local Fedex Service Point.

What happens when no one is available at my home or office to accept a shipment?

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice. With your delivery attempt notice you can request a new delivery by using the FedEx Delivery tool.

When accessing the tool, you will need to select ‘By Door Tag’ from the drop down menu, enter your tracking number, email address and phone number. You will then be able to choose the most convenient delivery option available for your package.


Where do I find my Fedex tracking number?

Tracking information is available to us most of the time, and will be uploaded to your eBay or Amazon order details. If you’ve shopped with us on eBay, we’ll also send a dispatch confirmation to your email with the tracking number and link.

If you’re expecting one of our Hella items and you’re in the UK mainland, unfortunately we don’t automatically receive tracking information from them, however this is available on request, so please do contact us through eBay or Amazon if you encounter any delivery issues.
