We are aware of issues we have been experiencing recently which will have meant that shoppers may have problems ordering direct from our arks4cooling and arksglobalshop websites.
On occasions, both websites may be very slow to respond, and pages may fail to load due to server timeouts.
While we work to resolve these issues, we ask that if you encounter problems with the websites failing to load or respond, please try again later, and you’ll find they will work fine.
We can assure you that we are taking this issue seriously, and are working towards migrating our websites to a new hosting provider, which will take some time, but we hope to accomplish this within the next few weeks, after which point we hope the website experience will be much smoother and responsive.
