Returns

We will gladly accept items back for a refund if you change your mind, as long as the item is returned unused, and is resaleable in original packaging, buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Items that have been received damaged, or incorrectly, or otherwise not as described, can also be returned for a full refund, and we will cover return postage costs.

eBay

To return an item purchased through eBay, open a Return Request by going to your eBay Purchase History and select the ‘Return this item’ under the More Actions menu.

Please note, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, and require a replacement, please do not use this option, but get in touch by using the Contact Seller link instead to send us a message. The reason for this is that eBay assumes any item being returned will require a refund, and it is not possible for sellers like us to ‘reject’ return requests; once a request has been accepted, a refund is assumed and will be expected.

Amazon

To return an item purchased through Amazon, please visit the Your Orders page in your account and click on the Return button.

Flubit

Flubit does not have a specific return process, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason, please get in touch by visiting your My Orders page, and then clicking on the Support Ticket button on the order details page.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please ensure you include your return details or order reference with the item being returned. Items returned to us directly without going through the correct return request procedure could be subject to delay. It is also important to note that as a lot of items are shipped direct from our suppliers, the address to return to may be different from where the item was shipped from.

Refunds

eBay

As payments are processed via Paypal, any refund will be also processed via Paypal. Depending on how your Paypal account is configured, refund will either be made back to the payment method selected at checkout, or will be added to your Paypal account balance. Please check the original Paypal transaction for refund details, as refunds will not show as a seperate transaction.

Amazon

Amazon handles all payments and refunds on behalf of merchants. Buyers are only charged once the merchant ships the order. If an order has been cancelled before dispatch has been confirmed, the buyer will not be charged. Where an item has been returned for refund, merchants request refunds to be issued. Any queries with payments and refunds should be directed to Amazon Customer Services, as merchants such as ourselves do not directly handle customers monies.

Flubit

Like Amazon, Flubit also directly handles payments and refunds. Any queries regarding payments and refunds should be directed to Flubit Customer Support.
