For our customers in the UK, we’re now sending most of our larger and more valuable items with DHL Parcel UK (formerly UK Mail).
Once your tracking number has been added to your eBay or Amazon order details, you can take control with the Manage My Delivery app on the DHL Parcel UK website.
- Rearrange your delivery to a more convenient date
- Specify a ‘safe-place’ for your parcel to be left, if no-one is going to be at home
- Request your parcel be delivered to a local DHL ServicePoint so you can collect at your leisure.
By default, a signature will be required on delivery, if no-one is at the delivery address to receive your parcel, the DHL Parcel driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour.
Notifications will also be sent from DHL Parcel UK via email and SMS, so please ensure your contact email address and phone number in your marketplace account are current, and you can receive notification of your one hour delivery window, and manage your delivery on the go.
