Manage your DPD delivery

If we’ve dispatched your parcel with DPD, you can take full control of your delivery!

Provide us with a valid email address and/or mobile phone number, and you’ll receive notifications from DPD that allow you to get your delivery the way you want it.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a one-hour delivery window, so you don’t have to wait in all day, just ensure someone is available during that time slot to receive your parcel.

Not going to be in? Simply request an alternative delivery date, or select a specific neighbour or safe place to leave your parcel. Or choose to have your parcel delivered to a local DPD Pickup point and collect at your leisure.

For an additional cost (paid directly to DPD) you can ‘upgrade’ your delivery to pre-9am, or to Saturday/Sunday delivery.

It all starts once we generate your shipment label, shortly afterwards you’ll receive notification from DPD that you can expect a shipment.

In the event that you haven’t provided a valid email address or mobile telephone number, once you have your shipment/parcel number which we add to your eBay or Amazon order details, you can take control of your delivery at the DPD website, simply enter your shipment number and postcode to Manage Your Delivery.

European Deliveries

Parcels dispatched from the UK with DPD will be delivered in European countries by the local GeoPost partner company.
