Questions often asked of us!

While we love to hear from customers, both prospective and new ones, sometimes there are a lot of times when we are answering the same questions over and over again!

Can I come and collect this?

We don’t unfortunately offer any collection service, all our items offered for sale are for delivery only. We are an online seller only and we do not have any ‘bricks and mortar’ store that the public can come and physically visit.

But you’re only ‘around the corner’ from me?

That might be the case, but we likely don’t have the item you are looking for here at our address – we are an online seller only and don’t have a physical shop for the public to visit, plus the vast majority of the products we offer for sale are either dispatched direct from our suppliers on our behalf, or are ordered in for onward dispatch from our fulfilment centres.

Does this fit my car?

Our office staff can’t check this for you over the phone, but if you send us a message via eBay or through the Contact Us form on our websites, then our experienced customer service team will happily check and advise for you. Simply give them your UK reg number and details of what you’re looking for.

Can I get next day delivery?

Depends on what the estimated delivery date currently shows as! If it’s about two weeks away, then no chance unfortunately as that item is offered for sale on backorder, thus immediate dispatch is not possible.

When will my order be despatched/delivered?

When shopping on eBay, estimated delivery dates are shown both on the listing, in the postage details, as well as at checkout. Many of our items offered for sale are ordered in from suppliers and can take between two days and two weeks to be dispatched, depending on where they have to come from. We provide handling times to eBay and then they reflect this in any estimated delivery dates they present to buyers.

Buyers should make a note of estimated delivery date(s) shown at time of purchasing, because for some reason eBay doesn’t then show this in your order details.
