We are UK VAT registered so are able to provide VAT invoices when requested.

As many of our items offered for sale are either dispatched direct from suppliers or from our fulfilment centre, it is not always possible for us to include a VAT invoice with your delivery.

Our system will automatically send a VAT invoice to you as a PDF attached to the dispatch confirmation email we sent out when dispatch is confirmed.

However as eBay no longer provides sellers with your ‘actual’ email address, instead they provide an ‘alias’ email address, which they use to monitor email communications to ensure we are not trying to ‘spam’ you, or get you to complete transactions outside of eBay, unfortunately emails with PDF attachments get blocked by eBay from reaching buyers.

For eBay purchases, you can either send us a message through eBay to request this, being sure to include your email address, or you can contact us via email or our contact form quoting your eBay order number, and we’ll send your invoice via email.

Amazon automatically generates VAT invoices on our behalf, this will become available to download from your order details once we have confirmed shipment.

Invoices for ManoMano purchases are uploaded to your order details when shipment is confirmed.

Please note, we are unable to send copy invoices via post, only via email.
