Certainly yes, on all our marketplace platforms you are presented with the opportunity to specify a different delivery address at the checkout page. For buyer/seller protection reasons, we will only ship orders to the delivery address provided at checkout, it is not possible to amend the delivery address once the order has been placed and confirmed.
Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a valid delivery address is provided at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries, due to an invalid or incomplete address being provided.
In most cases, a signature will be required on delivery, or the recipient will need to be present to accept the delivery. If you know you are not going to be at home to accept the delivery when it arrives, you may wish to consider delivery to your work address instead for example.
If your parcel is dispatched with DPD or DHL Parcel, you are able to specify a ‘safe place’ for your delivery, or request it is left with a neighbour, or even arrange for delivery to a local ‘pick-up’ point.
Please note that requests to leave in a ‘safe place’, with a neighbour, or to a ‘pickup point’ are done so at the buyer’s risk, and must be requested by the recipient.
