Once shipment of your order is confirmed, tracking details (where available) will be added to your marketplace order details. While marketplaces usually provide some tracking facility, you get the best results by tracking your parcel at the courier’s own website.
Domestic UK deliveries
Royal Mail
Items posted within the UK (including Isle Of Man and Channel Islands) can be tracked at the Royal Mail website.
Items posted with Royal Mail 48 or 24 services are not ‘fully tracked’ however, and will only give a result if a delivery attempt is made or is successful.
Items sent with Tracked 48 and 24 will be fully tracked, and options will be made available for you to manage or rearrange your delivery.
DPD
Parcels dispatched with DPD or DPD Local can be tracked and managed at the DPD website, just enter your parcel number and postcode.
DHL Parcel UK
Parcels dispatched with DHL Parcel UK (formerly UK Mail) can be tracked and managed at the DHL Parcel website with your shipment number and postcode.
Fedex UK
Parcels dispatched with Fedex can be tracked at the Fedex website. In the event that delivery is unsuccesful and needs to be rearranged, you can do so using the Fedex Redelivery Tool on their website.
Parcelforce
Parcels dispatched with Parcelforce can be tracked at the Parcelforce website. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful and needs to be rearranged, please refer to the card that has been left, or visit the Parcelforce website to make a redelivery request.
TNT UK
Parcels dispatched with TNT can be tracked at the TNT website. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful and needs to be rearranged, you can do so using the TNT Redelivery Tool on their website.
UPS
Parcels dispatched with UPS can be tracked at the UPS website. For detailed tracking progress, and to manage your delivery, you’ll need to register (free) for UPS MyChoice service.
International Deliveries
International Mail
Mail items dispatched from the UK using either Royal Mail or Deutsche Post services will be delivered in the destination country by your own local postal operator. Depending on the technical capabilities of your local postal operator, you may or may not be able to track your parcel number until it is received and processed in your own country.

DPD
Parcels dispatched from the UK using DPD will be delivered by DPD or by the DPDgroup partner in your country, for example Chronopost in France, Seur in Spain, BRT in Italy.
Parcelforce
Parcels dispatched from the UK using Parcelforce will be delivered either by GLS, or by your local postal operator’s parcel service.
DHL Express
Parcels dispatched from the UK will be delivered in your country by DHL Express. In some countries, such as Australia, with remote locations, ‘last-mile’ deliveries will be carried out by DHL’s trusted local parcel delivery partners.
